Types include: maoxi, yixi, sanxi, erxi, jiuye, erkuan, dakuan, qiaomaileng (from thinnest to thickest) ingredients are wheat flour (about 300 g.) beef (10-12 pieces), daikon (3-5 pieces), cilantro, leek.
