This stunning lot of coffee hails from the award-winning farm el injerto run by the Aguirre family in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. We purchased this lot of pacamara during el injerto's annual auction because as soon as we tasted the sample we knew we had to have it. tropical fruit flavors of guava and grilled pineapple are supplemented by a rich caramel sweetness and a lively lemon acidity.
