      Locanut is at the forefront of allergen-free, safe food handling, and nutritious healthy meals in the NYC area. We provide individually packed meals avoiding any cross contaminants including for large groups, catering, and meal plans. We cater to those that are compliant with paleo, vegan, whole-30, vegetarian, keto, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free and just healthy eaters!       At Locanut we always use only light olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, or grass-fed butter when specified. We are very careful to ensure no cross contamination. We do cook 100% gluten-free foods only. Additionally we never add sugar into our food or sauces. Everything is spiced and salted lightly.
