1 grew up in uyak bay and we would go down to the beach of front of our house and dig clams for this chowder. Even though we can no longer do that people say this is the best chowder they have ever eaten. It's full of tender clams, potatoes, lots of spices, heavy cream, bacon and butter. It is available in three sizes: a cup, bowl or our very own jumbo serving.
