Sumatra mandheling tangse rhino. This Indonesian coffee offers an extraordinarily vibrant full body with deep fruit notes and low levels of acidity that create an almost syrupy richness. If you are looking for a long finish, look no further. This is the connoisseur's preferred coffee.

How crazy is this? We get more requests for our decaf blend than any other coffee. Usually it starts with some disbelief that they are really drinking decaffeinated coffee and quickly moves to "can i get this for my house? " "sundown decaf" is a post roast blend that brings together what coffee folks call "full city" (chocolate brown color with patches of oil on the beans) coffee with very dark, oily coffee. The ratio is enough to create a tingle in your mouth and a smile on your face. We do not offer much in the way of decaffeinated coffees so what we offer better be excellent - we think it is!

One of our most complex blends. The interesting aspect of this blend is that the origins of the coffees encompass almost every growing region around the world. We properly blend these beans to create a most wonderful body and richness. I hope this does not sound too cliché, but darn this coffee is a good one.

We've been working on this coffee for quite some time. Our newest blend - old s. R. 18 combines three of the most sought after growing regions in the world. Sweet, bright and fragrant. If you've every heard the expression, "he's a nice guy, but he sure ain't splittin' atoms. " well. We are! At lake house coffee we created our second espresso blend to counter punch our medium roasted, original espresso. Here the beans are darker, larger, and carry a musky, yet rich, chocolatey flavor. And depending on how you generate your beverage you will also pick up a nice nutty essence with a spice finish. On its release this blend quickly became our largest selling espresso. At lake house coffee we will always recommend splittin’ atoms as a brewed coffee as well.

Every good roaster has their go-to coffee. The physical part of the blending is a little easier and the roast color is dead-on every time. What started out as our "house blend" slowly morphed into one of our more thought-provoking names - "rustic cabin. " you can literally drink this coffee at all hours of the day. An excellent wake up coffee; a medium bodied pick me up around 3:00 - 3:30 p. m., and an "even sipping" coffee for nighttime conversation.

Modeled after a Northern Italian style espresso, our "espresso #3" blends several medium roasted coffees to pack an unassuming punch like a freight train through a wooden wall. Don't have an espresso machine or care for the process of making an espresso? Try lake house coffee's "espresso #3" as an American style (drip coffee) drink. You may find yourself with a new favorite.
