Message from Lotus Thai Cuisine

With love for Thai food, we started this restaurant in 1989 to introduce the distinct tastes, presentation and color of Thai food to people in Seattle. Inspired by the wish of the The Majesty King and Queen of Thailand to make Thai cuisine well known to people around the world. Our restaurant offers diversity of dishes with seafood, beef, pork and chicken. Delicious vegetarian dishes are also offered. Unique and distinctive, Thai food has been described as sharing the cooking methods of Chinese, the spicy accents of Mexican dishes and the freshness of Polynesian food. Today we continue to prepare great tasting food and offer friendly service to our customers, establishing Lotus Thai Cuisine as one of the local favorites for Thai food in Seattle.
