Uneven They're a Japanese restaurant in west Madison, which is good enough for me (Ginza focuses on entertainment rather than food). I tend to order one of a few menu items, and what I actually receive varies wildly. Let's say I order Udon. Sometimes it will be what I've had elsewhere: noodle soup with cabbage, fishcake, and assorted veggies. Sometimes they'll omit crucial ingredients. Once they gave me soup in one container and noodles in another. It's very odd. Reviewed on 12/23/2007
