DaVinci's, located in a refurbished house near Vanderbilt, bills itself as the home of ''gourmet pizza.'' It's simple, hearty and elegant at the same time. There are more choices for toppings--including vintage Italian sausage, black beans, smoked oysters--than most pizza places combined. Salads, beer and wine are also on the menu, but the real American pies are the standouts.
