... Decent Food - mixed up service

Food here is decent, but the management seems pretty clueless. It took them 20 minutes to walk 10 feet to the cash register and swipe my credit card. Wait staff and managers all seemed to be confused/slow/not helpful.

Awful !!!!!

Went for brunch yesterday. Wait staff ignored us, not packed but waited 15 min before someone seated us. Ask for cream for coffee, waitress brough back "milk with some half & half in it" according to her (she could have just not shared that). Food did not come out together, bacon first, my omellette 10 minutes later. No coffee refills, messed up on order, food mediocre at best but overpriced. Waitress forgot to add something to bill then told us to add it ourselves. We pay the bill exact and leave a low tip as service was terrible and waitress rude...she chased us down the street yelling as if we walked on the bill saying "you forget to add a $20?" Mind you we just gave her a low tip so she was pissed, we gave her $5 and that was that...but now emberassed in front of a crowd of people due to this person who made it seem like we just left without paying which wasn't the case. Will never go back here again, and don't recommend it. Was sad about that too because I just moved here and was so excited about it.

... Slow service and average food

Went in for brunch and the staff seemed a bit clueless. Slow to seat us, no menus to start, didnt ask if drinks first and no water on the table. Once the waitress decided she was ready to take our order she was unfamiliar with her own menu, having to point directly at the item before she knew what I ordered. Food came fast. Santa Fe Breakfast burrito and Huevos Rancheros. Both dishes we quite generic, no real outstanding flavor or uniqueness. No coffee refils and waited some time for bill after we were done with our meal. I've definitly had better and wont be going back.

I have been to Beechwood several times...mostly for brunch. I wouldn't give it exactly $ as price range though, because food there is not quite on the cheap... read more.
