They're a Japanese restaurant in west Madison, which is good enough for me (Ginza focuses on entertainment rather than food). I tend to order one of a few menu items, and what I actually receive varies wildly. Let's say I order Udon. Sometimes it will be what I've had elsewhere: noodle soup with cabbage, fishcake, and assorted veggies. Sometimes they'll omit crucial ingredients. Once they gave me soup in one container and noodles in another. It's very odd.
