City Limits used to be one of my favorite places to go for lunch. but - what happened? The eclectic specials such as Seared Skate and Shrimp and Scallops over Greens were taken off the menus. The offerings don't seem exciting anymore. It's just another diner now.

... Always Good

One of the best places to go in Westchester for a late Sunday morning breakfast. Lines can be a bit long at times but it is worth it.

Cheap eats and great prices. This is definatley one of the best if not the best family oriented places in White Plains. Perfect for a weekend brunch.

... Good Food, Kid-Friendly

My 6-year old loves it here. The food is good and service is usually quick. Some favorites: Orange-Lemon Waffle, Mushroom Tart, Oriental Chicken Salad and Crab Cakes. Get a bread basket, too. Yum.

... Not Your Usual Diner Food

City Limits is a great place to eat. It always seems like the place is packed regardless of when we go. Fortunately, we've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The food selections always surprise me. For instance, last night I had a shrimp and scallop kebab. Just something I wouldn't expect to see at a diner. Perfect for Sunday morning breakfast, brunch, a late night snack or a business lunch. You can't beat this place.
