Best hip hop scene in the city

If you want authentic hip hop open mic nights, real rap battles, some of the best live musicians in the country, as well as the hottest rappers in the city in the country then go here. The atmosphere is really great and it's right downtown, but be careful if you go because it will probably be late at night, and there's lots of hobos around to ask for money.

Atmosphere

One of the most attractive aspects of Apache is that it is all about the atmosphere. It is a very artsy place to be. Live rap battles, concerts, jazz musicians and other performances are regular occurrences in this mid-sized cafe. The food is slightly expensive but not bad tasting. The extra few dollars are worth the atmosphere. It would have to be one of my favorite places to be on a Tuesday night.
