In other words, the consummate city steakhouse. The 10-ounce filet mignon, tasty and tender, is pliant and juicy inside. The steak au poivre--14 or 24 ounces--is a serious slab in either size. For a bit of carnivorous rapture, slice into the enormous dry-aged porterhouse.
