A little piece of L.A. pushes its way east with its signature wood-fired pizzas and inventive pastas.

Pizzas gave Spago its original cache, and they're still the most popular items on the menu. The wood-fired oven gives the medium-thin dough nice crustiness, lending textural contrast to the myriad toppings available. Other menu items: Caesar salad, thin corn blinis with dill cream and golden caviar. Portions are small; larger dishes include pizzas, pastas and salads.

Executive Chef Eric Klein creates a daily-changing menu featuring a variety of fresh, innovative dishes that have kept Spago the longstanding leader in Las Vegas dining, including the Roasted Organic Baby Beet and Goat Cheese Salad; Kurobuta Pork Wienerschniztel with warm fingerling potato salad; and Mesquite Grilled Prime Filet Mignon with Armagnac Peppercorn Sauce. There is high-demand for Spago's "indoor" patio café where guests can choose from a variety of signature pizzas, fresh salads, sandwiches and entrees as they observe the bustling energy of The Forum Shops at Caesars. Private dining also is available.
