(3 per person). All enchiladas are rolled in corn tortillas. Choice of: 1. enchiladas de dennis-roasted chicken, fresh spinach and white cheddar cheese topped with chile con queso, finished with avocado and red pepper crema. 2. red chile enchiladas-texas style-red chile seasoned ground beef enchiladas with mixed cheese. Topped with ranchero suace, sour cream and sliced avocado., 3. freish spinach enchiladas-fresh spinach, roasted garlic and Mexican cheeses topped with ranchero sauce and chile con queso.
