In Short
Huge beams evoke a Colorado ski lodge; the open-air kitchen and rotisserie add nice touches. Patrons relax by the massive stone fireplace with a mixed drink or microbrew or dine on upscale steakhouse fare with a Southwest flair. The ranch onion rings are seasoned with pepper panko (Japanese) breadcrumbs, and the Delmonico steak is Chile-rubbed and seared over hardwood flames. The apple crisp is served in a cast-iron skillet and topped with vanilla ice cream.
