Ingenious. Tasty bagels, offered with a quantum-physics textbook full of toppings.
The Scene Einstein Brothers ingeniously re-created a former gas station into a wildly imaginative bagel shop for which the selection is exponentially better than most bagel places.
The Food The bagels themselves are darn tasty, with the proper crunchy/chewy texture ratio. They're all the better when combined with the wide variety of lunch items, which all look so good when you're hungry and trying to make a wise lunchtime decision. On one hand, there are the bagel sandwiches, filled with fresh meats and veggies ... on the other, there are a small selection of six-inch pizzas on bagel dough. The salads are appealing, too.
Why not leave nutrition out of the question and order an Einstein original Bagel Dog: a juicy hot dog wrapped in bagel dough and such toppings as cheese and sesame seeds. Dunk one of these in some mustard, and you're all set.
