In business for more than 50 years, Jasper's is a tradition in Kansas City. The rustic Italian interior is framed by a set of 80-year-old doors and highlighted by well-placed mirrors. Service is relaxed but prompt. The ambitious menu includes veal, seafood, poultry, beef and fresh chops, and the wine list is extensive. Pastas and desserts are made in-house.
