The fresh fish portion of the menu changes daily, but may include Atlantic salmon, mahi-mahi, swordfish, sea bass, walleye, halibut and yellowfin tuna. If you can't decide, order the trio combo, which includes a crab cake, grilled shrimp and scallops. Or try the shellfish cioppino, which has scallops, calamari, shrimp, clams, mussels, fresh fish and lobster claw in a tomato-herb sauce. Bristol also has a standard selection of steaks from Kansas City strip to filet mignon. Entrees are served with fresh green beans and a choice of rice pilaf, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted new potatoes or fries. And no review of Bristol would be complete without mention of the outstanding, warm biscuits served with every meal.
