In Short
Papier-mâché dragons, sake holders, sketches of sumo wrestlers and a bridge over untroubled water decorate Saji-Ya. The large list of sushi rolls runs from A (Alaskan salmon) to V (vegetarian) and includes a sushi ''boat'' for catering. There's also tempura, teriyaki and bento boxes. Upstairs, the teppanyaki dining rooms are filled with chefs regaling audiences with expert, amusing cooking maneuvers for chicken, shrimp or beef.
