This Twin Cities chain dates to the vaudeville era, when the first location's late hours attracted performers after the shows. Although they've added this Minnetonka location, the aura remains in the framed front pages and autographed photos that line both of their restaurants' walls. Market's pork and beef ribs are decidedly on the chewy side--a sentimental favorite to many. There are several combo plates, plus barbecue sandwiches and burgers for smaller appetites.
