In Short
The no-reservations policy and limited seating make for long waits and crowds during rush times. First-daters sit at the sushi counter, while others take the tables near the window to watch the Lake Minnetonka scene. Sushi first-timer try the understated regular sushi platter. Regluras try nigiri sushi, which can feature snapper, striped sea bass or flounder. The Philly maki is four mosaic discs of smoked salmon melded with rich cream cheese and minced Japanese vegetables.
