In Short
With dim lighting, dark walls and booths, an expansive bar and the trademark antler chandelier, Axel's is unabashedly masculine, and so is the menu: porterhouse steak, rack of lamb, herb-crusted prime rib, liver steak with onions and bacon, garlic-roasted chicken, smoked barbecued ribs and classic martinis.
