In Short
While Achatz does dabble in freshly made cookies and brownies, it's the pies that has built its reputation: Achatz's pies were voted No. 1 in 2001 and 2002 by the American Pie Council. Nearly 25 kinds of pies, cheesecakes, strudels, and banana bread come by the slice or party-sized (serves 24 to 35). The Michigan four-berry pie is the company's signature piece, it was voted Best Pie In America for its rich mix of cherries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries.
