The decor features rustic wood finishes and ski lodge-style ambience. The menu is high-end, but simple. The Aspen Classic, a 1/2-pound steak burger, is a popular choice. The fresh lake perch is pan-fried in a mild, golden-brown batter. The eight-ounce filet, thick and tender, is seasoned with a combination of herbs and spices for a powerful flavor.
