Our southwestern version of asian eggrolls. served with homemade avocado-ranch dip.
Fried Asparagus
Fresh asparagus spears hand-battered and deep-fried to a perfect golden brown. served with ranch dressing, jalapeno mustard aioli & red pepper aioli for dipping.
Freshmade Guacamole
Served with freshmade salsa and tortilla chips (blue corn chips are available upon request).
Spinach Quesadilla
A grilled flour tortilla stuffed with spinach, roasted corn, black beans, diced tomatoes and monterey jack cheese. Served with a side of fresh pico de gallo and sour cream.
Chicken Quesadilla
A tomato tortilla stuffed with chicken, tomatoes, green chilies, jack & cheddar cheese. Served with a side of sour cream & fresh pico de gallo.
Botana
A bed of homemade crisp tortilla chips, piled high with refried beans, monterey jack cheese, ripe avocado, sweet bell peppers, sauteed onions, sliced jalapenos, fresh green onion and cool creamy sour cream. Can add ground beef or shredded chicken.
