In Short
The sound of jazz resonates as the smell of Cajun spices seduces incoming diners. The food is straight out of the French Quarter, as catfish atchafalaya, snapper beausoleil, alligator voodoo and Bayou caviar bring Louisiana flavor to Michigan.
