This is an hidalgo specialty made with poblano peppers, granada, nuts and a special sauce served with side of rice and beans. It's a great choice for anyone adventurous who is in the mood for something totally different and delicious!
Cochinita Pibil With Salsa Hidalgo
A marinated pork (shredded) served with it's own special "hidalgo" sauce. This is a house favorite!
Senor Lopez Carne Asada
Grilled steak topped with grilled onions served with three cheese enchiladas topped with our spicy verde sauce, sour cream and "chiles toreados" (jalapeno peppers) this meal is a feast!
Homemade Tamales
A mexican classic! We offer a variety of homemade pork, cheese with poblano peppers and chicken tamales to satisfy anyone's hunger.
Chiles Rellenos
These hand stuffed cheese poblano peppers are fried in a light batter and served with a special ranchera sauce. You may have had this meal before-but not the way slt makes it!
