Eat under a pretend grape arbor, listening to Greek music and nearly continuous cries of ''Opa!'' All the traditional favorites: stuffed grape leaves, Greek salad, spinach pie, baklava, infinite versions of lamb. Retsina and Greek wines. There's nary a diner who doesn't order kasseri cheese, flamed tableside with brandy and lemon juice. Favorites include scordalia (potatoes mashed with olive oil and visible garlic) and avgolemono (lemon and chicken soup).
