Twelve Ounce Ribeye

Juicy fourteen ounce strip steak char-grilled to perfection. May also be served crusted with peppercorns.
House Sirloin
We marinate our eight ounce sirloin in ginger, soy and pineapple juice for great flavor.
Sirloin Steak
This ten ounce steak is one of our favorites. Char-grilled and topped with gorgonzola butter.
Porterhouse
This steak is tender like filet mignon and has the flavor of a n. y. strip with the bone in the center. Twenty-four ounce, twenty ounce.
T-Bone
Eighteen ounces of tender steak cooked with the bone for maximum flavor.
Double Cut Pork Chop
Thick cut eight ounce pork chop, brine cured to make it extra juicy.
