In Short
Packed with an older crowd that can afford the tariffs. It's located in the Kingsley Hotel and is decorated by charming murals, Italian starfish tile floors and octopus lamps. Ornate 1930s light fixtures were salvaged from the original hotel. A ''fresh catch'' selection is cooked as you like it; choose the sauce, too. Fried pickerel, Stilton-crusted Chilean sea bass and shrimp scampi are specialties. Extensive New and Old-World wine list includes ''fish-friendly reds.''
