When I first saw the outside of PF Chang's Restaurant I thought "upscale Chinese Restaurant". Don't be fooled. When I arrived with Business clients I was aghast. It was more like Applebees Dressed up Chinese style. The tables were unbalanced and drinks kept flopping all over the place. The side dishes were loud obnoxious children running around the floor. I don't even remember what I ordered. It was a forgettable experience.

... PF Changes at the Westchester

This is a good restaurant all around. Great for families and couples alike. Food is unique in presentation and the quality is consistently good. The decor is appealing. A little dark for my tastes at times but enjoyable nonetheless. It can get busy at times but the staff seats people efficiently. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the location. To drive, park and find the place in the bottom level of the mall is a bit much at times.
