Auntie Pastos lost a fine employee several weeks ago. The Italian owner of the restaurant seemed to value the services of the top chef, Sean, a fair amount lower than the chef deserved and, frankly, the chef was overworked and underpaid. He is now seeking managerial employment with a much better firm and will bring his talent to bear in the catering field when he is off duty from his much better job. It still seems that money is the root of all evil. More to come. Keyman. by KEYMAN on 06/04/2008
