Auntie Pastos lost a fine employee several weeks ago. The Italian owner of the restaurant seemed to value the services of the top chef, Sean, a fair amount lower than the chef deserved and, frankly, the chef was overworked and underpaid. He is now seeking managerial employment with a much better firm and will bring his talent to bear in the catering field when he is off duty from his much better job. It still seems that money is the root of all evil. More to come. Keyman.

SALAD BAR: Quality organic with good selection of condiments. SOUPS: Four or five excellent selections, great Chicken Baja, Minestroni & Potato. New each day. SALMON & CRAB CAKES: Delicious. ITALIAN SAUSAGE: Da Best, I tella you! DESERT: Mouth-watering Tollhouse, 6" diameter. Got to taste it! CHEF SEAN: Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Art Institute of Atlanta. No menu is mundane. Everything is special. Just ask for your craving, he can provide.
