A 12 oz. burger, made with short ribs and NY sirloin, ground with our Kitchen-Aid mixer right in our kitchen. Choose from blue or aged cheddar, lettuce, onion, tomato, garlic aioli, dijon and ketchup.

An authentic version of a French favorite. Thinly sliced ham and melted gruyere, served on grilled batard, covered with bechemel sauce.
