10 pieces. Fried plantain slices. Lightly salted twice-fried plantain.
10 pieces. Fritters. Delicious blend of fresh organic herbs and spices lightly tossed in flour and fried to a golden brown crisp.
Kibbeh. Organic cracked wheat, minced onions, lean ground beef, and topped off with spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and clove.
Beef, chicken and codfish.
Fried patties. Delicious crust with your choice of fillings which include eggs, herring and/or hot dogs, and cabbage.
A delightful traditional Haitian goat stew.
Organic. Fresh crisp lettuce with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, and avocado topped with our signature dressing.
Beef burger patty seasoned with our house blend of herbs and spice. Made with fried plantain (instead of regular buns!) and includes lettuce, tomato, avocado and topped with Gouda cheese.
Fish whole red snapper. Fresh red snapper fish marinated in a blend of house organic herbs and spices. Cooked fried or stewed in the sauce.

Fried chicken. A mix of leg and thigh prepared in a marinade of organic herbs and creole seasoning. Cooked fried or stewed in the sauce.
Oxtail. Slowly simmered succulent chunks of braised oxtail, well marinated and seasoned to perfection. Stewed in the sauce.
