The Scene
''Build Your Own Slice,'' proclaims the neon sign over the door, which shouldn't be too hard with more than 52 toppings to choose from. The decor is functional, with square pedestal tables, linoleum floor tiles and ceiling fans. The all-important wood fire blazes in a cylindrical oven.

The Food
In addition to classic favorites, you can also top your 10-, 14- or 18-inch pie with clams, spinach, ricotta, broccoli or fresh garlic. Specialty pizzas include Ranch Chicken, Greek, BLT and Just About Everything. BOP's salads, sandwiches and just-right pastas are so carefully presented you'll almost forget you're eating off foam plates with plastic forks. BOP also offers 27 flavors of syrup to add to soft drinks or coffee. Don't miss the fruit-topped Chocolate Pizza made from puff pastry, raspberry glaze, and dark and white chocolate.
