With less than twenty seats available, Snappy Sushi is not a place to linger over a romantic meal--patrons tend to eat-and-run or take out. The clientele is mixed, from professional types on cell phones to students and the usual Davis Square hipsters. The restaurant makes its name on good sushi prepared quickly--there's a full selection of traditional choices, plus popular house creations. Citing a committment to health, the restaurant exclusively uses Koshihikari brown rice.
