In Short
Amelia's strongest selling point is its warmth as a real neighborhood place where people who know each other gather. Loyal customers swear by the ''Fettucine Mamma,'' which piles homemade fettucine with sautéed chicken and sun-dried tomatoes and douses the whole mixture with a white wine and butter sauce. Pizzas are a cut above the chains, and the homemade focaccia bread--basis for the grilled panini--is outstanding.
