By billing itself as a ''Mexican Family Restaurant,'' Acapulcos aims to provide its patrons with congenial service, a nondescript yet welcoming environment and inexpensive dishes of familiar favorites. Most everything on the menu--from fajita salads and crisp chimichangas to savory carnitas and fish tacos--is large enough to share.
