51 Lincoln's decor features dark wood, soft colors and artwork by Chef/owner Jeffrey Fournier. His creative menu combines numerous flavors and cooking styles to yield a unique assortment of offerings. Highlights include pan-seared watermelon steak with confit tomatoes and eggplant chicharrones, citrus-brined pork chops and cast-iron seared sirloin steak with truffled polenta fries. Adventurous diners select from a selection of food-liquor pairings (porcini-infused gin with goat cheese and roasted wild mushrooms).
