In Short
The Chicken Bone's nondescript environs are enlivened by several flat-screen TVs and video games. The lengthy menu includes 10-ounce burgers, fresh salads and plenty of fried appetizers (calamari, jalapeno poppers, popcorn shrimp). Wings, both regular and boneless, can be ordered with sauces like ''thermonuclear,'' teriyaki and ''just plain hot.'' Live music is offered most nights, with the occasional show carrying a small cover. The tunes tend to be blues, though open mic nights and battles of the bands are held as well.
