Served in Mami's special homemade tomato sauce - a thick, rich tomato & pork based ragu simmered to perfection an entire day. Can be served with fried egg (sunny-side up or well-done) and/or cheese for an additional fee.
Teriyaki Hamburg Set $8.50
Served in Mami's special homemade teriyaki sauce. A traditional Japanese favorite, made in the traditional way by reducing a mixture of sweet sake, soy sauce and sugar.
Wafu Hamburg Set $8.50
Served in Mami's homemade ginger sauce and ponzu sauce (citrus seasoned soy sauce). A YOUSHOKU (western influence) mixtrue of ginger, sweet sake, soy sauce make this a unique favorite.
