Many first-time customers of Le's (formerly known as Pho Pasteur) make the mistake of ordering too many dishes, as most entrees are large enough for two. Straightforward pho (noodle soups) prove popular, and the adventurous have many interesting dishes (caramelized catfish, fresh squid with scallions) to choose from.
