Putterham Circle residents fill Mandarin Gourmet's attractive, imperial-themed interior day and night to share selections from its lengthy menu of familiar Chinese-American favorites and rarer regional specialties (spicy Ma-La lamb, Hunan-style tofu). House favorites include chicken with honey sauce (served in a fried noodle basket) and crispy tangerine shrimp. With dozens of meatless items to choose from, vegetarians are well-served.
