Diners choose from large overhead menu boards and order at the counter. There are many huge tables, perfect for families who frequent the restaurant. Some of the meats are marinated for 24 hours and then smoked another 16, ensuring moist, flavorful brisket and pulled pork. Lighter fare includes jumbo salads topped with barbecued chicken.
