(un-aged) Tequila As It Comes From The Still; This Is The Purest Flavor of Agave, As It Is Bottled Within 60 Days of Distillation. with Some Varieties Bottled Within 24 Hours. The Tequilas Below Are all Fashioned From 100% De Agave.
Gold Tequila Is Un-aged Blanco Tequila, That Has Been Colored with Additives, Usually Caramel. Most Gold Tequilas Are Mixtos, made Up of 51% Agave. Mezcal Is Tequila made Outside of The Five Designated Regions.
(rested) Tequila Were Wood Aging Begins. The Tequila Is Barrel Aged for a Minimum of 3 Months, But No Longer Than 1 Year. This Process Allows The Tequila to Be Aged Just Long Enough for Its Character to Soften.
(aged) Tequila Barrel Aged for a Minimum of 1 Year, But Not Longer Than 4 Years In Barrels 600 Liters or Smaller, with Most Aged In 180 Liter Oak Barrels. Anejo Tequilas Are Smooth and Luxurious, w/ Subtle Amber Hue, & Aromatic w/ a Long Finish
