In Short With its lunchtime combo plates averaging around $5 and dinnertime ones costing a few bucks more, Hsin Hsin ranks among the city's top spots for cheap eats. Given the prices, it comes as something of a surprise that white meat chicken is used and the vegetables are reasonably fresh. Expect a no-frills dining environment and a lengthy menu of familiar Chinese favorites: Peking ravioli, sweet-and-sour chicken, etc.
