The Scene

Upon ordering any of the house specialties, chances are the waiter will pluck the fish straight from the tank and bring it to the table for the final go-ahead before it hits the sizzling wok. The Food
The seafood specials are quite delicious and, judging by the hordes of Chinese ex-pats munching away, authentically prepared. The Alaskan King Crab, though pricey, is a real treat: Dusted with cornstarch and then pan-fried with a delicate scallion-ginger sauce, the result is exceptional.
