Wow! Lemon crepe was amazing. Not too sweet or too sour at all. It's just right. A bit crispy on the crepe edge and the sauce was balanced well. You gotta...read more

The Scene
Much like Lala Rokh, the handsome Persian eatery located right down the street that shares the same ownership, Bin 26 makes for an ideal date spot. Its voluminous wine list is one of the city's most varied and inviting (dozens of labels are available in various amounts, including 100 milliliter tasting pours). Back-clad servers are well-versed in the menu's numerous intricacies, and the minimalist dining areas maintain an easygoing vibe.
The Food
Bin's menu, while appearing a bit limited, is exceptionally well-chosen, providing smart options for those wanting a full meal or only a nibble while sampling wine (gourmet cheeses and charcuteries are perfect for sharing). Proper starters include Tuscan-style tomato soup and beef carpaccio with aged parmesan. Homemade pasta dishes (cocoa tagliatelle with porcini ragout, garlicky linguine with local clams) prove popular as well. Tiramisu served three ways and a light strawberry millefeuille highlight the dessert options.
