In Short
Seiyo provides South End residents along lower Washington St. with a stylish yet relaxed spot in which to enjoy fresh maki and sashimi. (The Seiyo roll sees radish sprouts, shrimp tempura and cucumber wrapped in salmon and tuna.) Polished wood lends a calming vibe, and large windows afford colorful people watching opportunities. An adjoining wine boutique allows patrons to take a bottle of high-end sake home with their California rolls.
